PUSH AFRICA at a glance
We are a Pan-African non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting pro-poor programs and initiatives aim at reducing poverty and unemployment in Nigeria and the rest Africa. Our core activities are around vocational education, entrepreneurship and agricultural intervention as well as pro-poor advocacy on all levels.
Since our inception in 2012 in Ghana and 2014 in Nigeria, we have championed many campaigns, programs and initiatives to foster the SDG Goal1. We have provided skill training, capacity building programs, humanitarian interventions, events and campaigns to champion our cause.
We have collaborated with both the public and the private sectors to continue to deepen conversation around social welfare and human capital development especially for the youth. We believe it is possible to curb poverty in Nigeria and the rest of Africa and we are interested to continue to forge progressive partnerships for the accomplishment of this vision.
A range of essential services we provide includes free digital skill trainings, low-cost vocational trainings, community interventions and outreaches, agricultural interventions. These services are part of a broader network addressing issues that may be related to poverty, unemployment, housing, family and domestic violence, and drug and alcohol issues etc.
